She has done hundreds of commercials and is constantly doing more, She also appears in many magazines either in articles about Buffy or Herself, She did a Milk advert recently.
She has been a Wilhelmina Model.
She has also appeared in Crossbow.
Sarah played Molly in the original cast of Neil Simon's Jake's Women
She played a young Jacqueline Bouvier in the award winning NBC mini-series A Woman
Named Jackie.
She also played the lead role in Swans crossing.
Sarah played Kendall Hart in the day time soap All My Children.
She was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 1994 She didn't win but,
She won in the Younger Leading Actress category a year later and announced she would be leaving the show a day later.
In 1996, Sarah was picked as the lead of a new series called Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Sarah finished appeared in I Know What You Did Last Summer, and Scream 2,
Sarah has had two new movies recently in America, one a romantic comedy called Simply Irrisistable and one remake of Dangerous Liasons called Cruel Intentions
Cruel Intentions will be coming out in the UK on July 11th Simply Irrisitable has not been comfirmed in the UK yet.
